# Buyer Panel: hear your buyers before you build

> **TL;DR:** Every paid Preuve report includes a Buyer Panel. 50 simulated buyers, drawn from your report's own buyer segments, read your offer and say whether they would buy, why they pass, what would change their mind, and what price feels too cheap or too expensive. They are simulated buyers, not real people, so read the buy count as an upper bound. One run is included per report, shared with its edits and pivots. Each later run costs 20 credits.

## One real run

The shipped panel on PhysioSlot, a made-up booking tool for independent physiotherapists. Nothing below is edited.

What the buyers read: PhysioSlot. Online booking for independent physiotherapists. Patients book from a link on the practice website or Google profile, get an SMS reminder the day before, and can move their own appointment. The physio sees the day on their phone and gets a weekly no-show report. Price: $29/month per practitioner.

- **Would they buy?** 3 of 50 simulated buyers would buy this offer (an upper bound).
- **Why they pass, all segments:** Habit 19, Trust 14, Need 8, Timing 6.
- **At what price?** Too cheap below $10, best price $10, too expensive above $45. The $29 price sits inside the panel's range, from 50 of 50 price answers.
- **Segment by segment:** Solo physiotherapists 3 of 25; Small clinics, 2 to 5 physios 0 of 15; Mobile and home-visit physios 0 of 10.
- **In their words** (simulated buyer 5, Solo physiotherapist, Habit): "I already have a booking module in the practice software I use, and nothing has pushed me to look for another option lately. I'd want to compare it against that before paying for a duplicate." What would change their mind: A free trial that connects to my existing calendar in under an hour and shows a clear drop in no-shows over a few weeks.
- **Ask the same 50 again:** A version built from the levers the buyers named: a calendar sync, travel time between home visits, a 30-day trial. The count went from 3 to 5, within noise, so the panel reads it as no change.

A 59-second film of the same run plays on the page: https://preuve.ai/buyer-panel#film.

## How the panel is built

1. **Dealt from your report.** Your report already names your buyer segments and their objections. The panel deals 50 buyers from them, each with a buying habit: status quo, price first, proof first, burned before.
2. **Each buyer reads alone.** Every buyer is a separate AI call. It reads your pitch and your price, says buy or pass and why, names what would change its mind, and answers four price questions.
3. **Code does the counting.** The counts, the reasons and the price range (Van Westendorp) come from code. No model writes a number on the card.
4. **The same 50, next version.** After an edit, a pivot or a new offer, the same buyers read again. When a number moves, you see what moved it, or that it is noise.

## Where simulation helps, and where it ends

What 50 simulated buyers tell you:

- Why buyers pass, counted, in their own words
- Which segment leans in, and which one never will
- The price range they name, and where yours sits
- Which objection to answer first, and whether a fix moved the count

Where simulation ends:

- A simulated yes is an upper bound, never a sale
- A real stranger choosing between two prices still takes real people
- Their words are for your research. They are not testimonials
- Use the reasons to plan real conversations, then test with real buyers

## Price

Included in every paid report. One run is included per report, shared with its edits and pivots. Each later run costs 20 credits.

## Common questions

### What is the Buyer Panel?
A section of every paid Preuve report. 50 simulated buyers, drawn from your report's own buyer segments, read your offer and say whether they would buy, why they pass, what would change their mind, and what price feels too cheap or too expensive.

### Are the buyers real people?
No. Each buyer is a separate AI call built from your report's segments. Read the buy count as an upper bound, not a sales forecast. The reasons are the useful part.

### How much does it cost?
The Buyer Panel comes with every paid report. One run is included per report, shared with its edits and pivots, and each later run costs 20 credits. Preuve can also build an offer from the buyers’ objections, without touching your price, then ask the same 50 buyers again.

### How much can I trust a change in the count?
Two identical runs of the same 50 buyers land a few buyers apart. The panel computes that band and labels a smaller change "within noise", so you never chase chance.

### Can I quote the buyers on my site?
No. Their words are for your research, not testimonials or proof of demand. Use them to plan conversations with real buyers.
