By using Preuve AI (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don’t use the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Preuve AI uses AI and real market data to analyze startup ideas. The service includes:

• Reality Check (Free): Viability score, verdict, market size, top 5 competitors, blockers and leverage points
• Verdict ($14.99): One-time access to the full 13-section analysis for one idea, including up to 15 competitors, go-to-market guidance, demand signals, and source-linked evidence
• Founder Report ($29): Everything in Verdict, plus:
  • 3 AI Pivot Coach suggestions for the same idea
  • Unlimited Starter Scans
• Investor Package ($499): Custom investor-ready deliverables for an eligible completed Deep Analysis report, including a pitch deck, investment memo, financial model, pitch prep, and manual review
• Packs: Discounted bundles for multiple Founder Reports (5 or 10)

Our reports are AI-generated insights, not professional business advice. They should inform your decisions, not replace your judgment, market research, or professional consultation.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your idea
• Not use the service for illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service
• Not submit harmful, abusive, or spam content
• Protect your account credentials

You retain ownership of ideas you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your idea through our AI systems to generate reports
• Store your ideas and reports in your account
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the service

We will never share your ideas publicly or sell them to third parties. To generate your report, your idea is processed by our AI providers (currently Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI) who operate under enterprise API terms that prohibit model training on your data. Requests may be routed through ZenMux and OpenRouter, LLM gateways with their own data handling policies. No human at these providers sees your data.

Our paid products are digital services and digital content delivered electronically.

• A paid purchase is considered fulfilled when the report, token, pack, add-on, subscription entitlement, export, download, or other purchased feature is generated, provisioned, unlocked, or otherwise made available in your account.
• Login history, access timestamps, exports, report-generation records, device or IP data, billing records, and support communications may be used to verify fulfillment, access, refund eligibility, and dispute responses.
• By purchasing a digital product for immediate access, you expressly request immediate performance. Where local law gives you a statutory withdrawal right, you acknowledge that the right may be lost or limited once delivery, access, or performance begins, to the extent permitted by law.

• Pricing and taxes: Current pricing, plan limits, and material features are shown on the pricing page, checkout, or account screen. Taxes may be added where required.
• One-time purchases: Verdict, Founder Reports, packs, add-ons, and similar purchases are one-time digital products. Unless required by law, covered by an express written policy, or expressly approved by us in writing, fees become non-refundable after the purchase has been fulfilled.
• Verdict: Verdict is a one-time product sold only to the original purchasing customer and limited to one purchase per customer account. It is personal to that customer and may not be shared, transferred, reassigned, resold, or sublicensed. Verdict is excluded from all promotions, discounts, coupon codes, bundles, launch offers, and other promotional pricing unless we expressly state otherwise at checkout. No promotion, discount, or price adjustment applies retroactively to a completed Verdict purchase.
• Investor Package: The Investor Package is a $499 custom digital deliverable tied to an eligible completed Deep Analysis report and includes manual review. If we cannot deliver the package, we will refund you. Once the package and related deliverables have been delivered or made available in your account, the order is fulfilled and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Starter Pack: To keep the Starter Pack simple, instant, and low-cost, Starter Pack purchases are final once the scans have been provisioned to your account. Because refund processing fees can exceed the pack price, we generally do not issue manual refunds for this pack after delivery, except where required by law or if we fail to provide access.
• Report guarantee: Eligible report purchases may be covered by our limited 14-day report guarantee. For an eligible request, we may offer account credit, a rerun, troubleshooting, or a cash refund. Credits or reruns may be offered first where appropriate.
• Effect of refund: If a cash refund or charge reversal is issued, we may revoke or limit access to the refunded report, export, subscription entitlement, bonus benefit, or related deliverables, and you may not continue using refunded paid outputs.
• Subscriptions and renewal: If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge subscription fees, taxes, and renewal fees using your selected payment method until cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless canceled before renewal.
• Cancellation: You can cancel from your billing portal or account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel charges already incurred. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time.
• Processor: Payments are handled by Stripe. For certain legacy purchases or subscriptions, payments may continue to be handled by the provider shown at checkout or in your billing portal.

Preuve AI is an independently bootstrapped product run by a solo founder, and each paid report incurs real third-party AI and research costs across 40+ live sources. That is one reason we may offer account credit, a rerun, or troubleshooting before a cash refund when appropriate.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

• We may respond to disputes with invoices, product descriptions, accepted checkout terms, proof of agreement to applicable purchase terms, refund-policy disclosures, access logs, IP or device details, usage records, exports, generation history, and customer communications.
• If a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated after paid access or delivery, we may suspend the account, revoke access to affected deliverables, block future purchases, and seek recovery of reversed amounts and related fees to the extent permitted by law.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated payment disputes may be treated as a violation of these terms.

• Free improvements: Standard paid reports include up to 3 free AI Pivot Coach improvements on the same idea. Regional plans and Regional Founder Reports include 1 free AI Pivot Coach improvement on the same idea
• Additional improvements: Beyond the applicable free allowance, improvements cost 250 stars each
• Earning stars: Stars can be earned by completing in-app challenges and achievements
• Star expiration: Earned stars do not expire while your account is active

We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform maintenance with or without notice
• Modify features or pricing with reasonable notice
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

Features may be subject to technical, plan-based, and abuse-prevention limits, including hourly request limits, plan-specific allowances, and product-specific caps on refinements, AI Pivot Coach improvements, or pivot depth. Excessive automated, abusive, or fraudulent usage may result in temporary throttling, feature limits, suspension, or purchase restrictions.

• Your ideas: You own them
• Our reports: You can use them for personal and business purposes
• Our brand, code, and design: We own them. Don’t copy or redistribute.

No Warranties:The service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of reports for any purpose.

Liability Cap:Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Reports are generated by AI analysis services using real-time data. This means:

• Results may contain errors or outdated information
• AI analysis is based on patterns, not true understanding
• Market conditions change faster than data can be collected
• Links and sources should be verified independently
• Always validate AI insights with real-world research

Our analysis pulls from multiple real-time sources including:

• Search trends and market data
• Social media platforms and discussions
• Community forums (Reddit, Hacker News, etc.)
• Product directories and review sites
• News and industry publications
• Website traffic estimates
• Regional business databases

Data accuracy depends on source availability and market coverage. Real-time data may occasionally be incomplete or delayed.

You can delete your account anytime. We may terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or chargeback abuse
• Are subject to unresolved payment reversals or security risks
• Remain inactive for extended periods

On termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We use passwordless authentication only. Sign-in works through one-time codes or magic links sent to your verified email. You will never set or store a password with Preuve.

You agree to:

• Keep access to your verified email address. If you lose access to it, you may also lose access to your Preuve account.
• Not share, forward, or post your magic-link emails or one-time codes to anyone.
• Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We enforce server-side rate limits, IP-based abuse detection, and audit logging on every authentication endpoint to protect your account from automated attacks.

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be resolved in French courts, except that mandatory consumer protections and non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
