Referral Program Terms

You may earn referral commissions only if you have made at least one qualifying purchase: a Founder Scan ($29), an Investor Package ($499), Lifetime Pro ($499), or Lifetime Business ($999). Free accounts are not eligible. Subscriptions (Radar, Builder) are not eligible. Token packs (including the 5-pack and 10-pack starter-scan bundles) are not eligible purchases and do not trigger a commission when bought through your link.

Commissions on qualifying purchases made by people who use your link:

• Founder Scan: $7 per purchase
• Investor Package: $100 per purchase
• Lifetime Pro: $80 per purchase
• Lifetime Business: $200 per purchase

Only one commission is paid per payment event. If a single checkout bundles multiple eligible products, the commission applies only to the primary product. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with at least 30 days' written notice delivered to your account email.

Attribution is tracked through a code stored in the referred user's browser for 60 days from first click. Each Preuve account can only be attributed to a single referrer for the lifetime of the account: first valid capture wins. A single user cannot be in both the cash referral program and the legacy "stars" program.

Commissions are held in a pending state for 30 days after the referred purchase to cover refund and dispute windows. After 30 days, pending commissions move to approved and become part of your withdrawable balance.

If a referred user receives a refund of 50% or more, or if the payment is lost in a chargeback dispute, the corresponding commission is reversed. If the commission was already credited to your balance, we deduct it from your balance. Partial refunds under 50% proportionally reduce the commission.

Payouts are made via PayPal only. Minimum payout is $25. Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month. You are responsible for providing a valid PayPal email and for any PayPal fees that apply to your account. If PayPal is unable to deliver funds (for example, wrong email or account closed), we restore the balance to your account.

The following invalidate commissions and can result in account termination and forfeiture of pending balance:

• Unsolicited bulk messaging ("spam") of any kind to promote the link
• Bidding on Preuve, Preuve AI, preuve.ai, or misspellings in paid search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)
• Buying paid ads on social platforms that impersonate Preuve or use its trademarks
• Making false or misleading claims about the product, pricing, or features
• Self-referral, including creating new accounts to refer yourself
• Any activity that violates our general Terms of Service

You are solely responsible for reporting referral earnings to your local tax authority. Depending on your country and total earnings, we may be required to issue or request tax forms.

We can change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. If we terminate the Program, approved balances above the $25 minimum are paid out on the next scheduled payout date. Pending commissions below the minimum are forfeited. We can also remove an individual participant at any time for cause, including violation of these terms.
